the nation's oldest and largest association of real estate practitioners addressing
all aspects of consumer representation in the real estate transaction, has established
a criterion for excellence in buyer/tenant representation.
- GRI-GRADUATE, REALTOR INSTITUTE from the Realtor Institute from the Real
Institute. This course series provides career development in the various areas of
the industry and the fundamentals of brokerage.
- SRES-SENIOR REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST from the Senior Advantage Real Estate
Council. Graduates have completed course work in selling and buying property, managing
capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate and other issues.

MONICA - is a State Registered Appraiser in South Dakota. She grew up in
Tracy, Minnesota before moving to Sioux Falls, where she graduated with a bachelor
of Arts degree from University of Sioux Falls. With her knowledge and excellent

SARAH - Sarah grew up in Redwood Falls, Minnesota and graduated with a Bachelor
of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of Minnesota Murphy
School of Journalism. She moved to Sioux Falls in July of
2007.
